File Prep Specs
Accepted file formats
High resolution PDF files with a bleed are recommenend, other accepatble formats are Adobe Illustrator (.ai and .eps). Adobe Photoshop (.tiff, .jpg, and flattened .psd).
Recommended Color Format
All files should be in CMYK, not having this may result in colors shit when converted into CYMK.
Resolution of file
Images need to be 300dpi
Bleed and Texts
1/8 bleed is necceassry around all artwork to ensure properly cut and finished print. Background and design elements should all extened out o fthe trim margin. Safe Margins 1/16th from the cut line. This ensures things that are within this range are not cut off when trimmed down to final sie. Impotrant text and images should be within this range. All images should be embedded and all type must be embedded/outlined
Some other printing guide lines
Check files for overprint issues. Make sure that overprint options are turned ff and switched to knockout in your document. Transparency effects are not preferred in printing. The can cause a variety of issuse; such as ripping issues and elements to disapear. Ways to avoid this is to not use shadow, glows, and transparency on top of a spot color. Remember to always convert your spot colors to SMYK before using these effects. Rich black recommened CYMK values 30C 20M 20Y 100K 100% K for black text (0C, 0M, 0Y, 100K)

If your files are less than 100MB when zipped or compressed, you can use yousendit.com for free to send your files. Click Here to use yousendit.com.
If you don't already have a yousendit.com account, you will need to quickly create one. It's free and painless. Then you login and click on 'SEND NOW' in the top right corner. For efficiency, have your files compressed into one .zip file and send them to: info@lettereleven.com -- wait for the progress to show that the transfer has been successful before closing that window and you're done!
